Reliable controls over arbitrary counts

The library contains nine actual recognition rules rather than 100 invented gestures. Camera and lighting affect reliability. Instrument, layer, cancellation, and surgical controls are available through customizable mappings and accessible mouse controls; unimplemented gesture patterns are not advertised as supported.
